Mud Puddle Shipping/Delivery Options

LOCAL OPTIONS: Remember, at check out set your "shipping" location to our store location for in-store pickup, or the delivery address for delivery!

In-Store Pickup (Same Day): We are located at 1 Pleasant Street, Marblehead and always open 10AM - 5PM.
In-Town Delivery (Same Day or Next Day):We'll deliver your order to Marblehead, Swampscott, Salem, Beverly, and parts of neighboring towns for just $10 (Free on orders over $50!).
Perfect if you are in a rush, arranging a gift for a friend, or ordering from out of town! We'll email or call you to discuss delivery or pickup and to fulfill any special requests such as wrapping or writing out a gift card. 

NATIONWIDE OPTIONS: 

UPS SHIPPING (ships in 1-2 business days): We offer nationwide shipping for a flat rate of $25 per order.* We will provide you with your UPS tracking information one a tracking number is created.
Perfect if you are finding us online, are shopping in store and want to send your items home, want to ship a gift to an out of town friend, or want to shop our store but are out of town. We'll contact you to confirm your shipping address and to address any special requests such as wrapping or writing out a gift card.

Nationwide Shipping Cost Notice

*We offer a flat rate of $25 for shipping within the US, which includes wrapping, boxing/packing material, paying our staff to drive your order to our local UPS store on Bessom Street (or paying for a UPS pick-up from our local UPS driver), and paying for all UPS shipping costs. In the rare case that your order is oversized or traveling a far distance (or both) and the shipping costs are very substantial, we may need to assess an additional shipping fee. In this case we will always contact you before proceeding with your order and work with you to figure out the best path forward.

Order Availability Notice

We are a small, local toy store that is primarily brick and mortar. On occasion, our inventory online will be out of sync with our actual inventory availability, in which case we will offer to replace or refund your order. For that reason, we will always contact you to finalize shipping information and confirm order availability. 

Out of State Sales Tax Notice

We're a small shop, so you won't be charged sales tax unless you live in Massachusetts. However, you may be responsible for paying sales tax in your home state. You can refer to the Intuit-Quickbooks Answers guide for more info on how to handle out-of-state sales taxes.

Final notes

All online orders are fully refundable until they are shipped. 

We are a small shop and primarily a retail location, so stock availability is subject to change and items are not guaranteed until order has been confirmed by a staff member. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders for any reason. Any abusive emails or messages will result in your order being cancelled and refunded.
